Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no deposits, wagers or logins — for an extended period may be classified as dormant. wlnpkr will notify you before applying any dormancy policy to your account balance. Reactivating a dormant account requires you to contact support and verify your identity.

Attempting to complete wagering requirements through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other behaviour that the platform determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, removal of associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure. All bets are subject to acceptance by wlnpkr. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at incorrect or clearly erroneous odds. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, wlnpkr reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your balance.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket and football events. In-play odds update in real time and bets placed are subject to the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, not the odds displayed at the time you initiated the bet. Delays in your network connection may result in a different price being confirmed than the one you saw when clicking.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided before the minimum play time required for bets to stand, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for cricket matches — including rain-affected matches and DLS method results — are governed by the standard rules of the relevant competition and will be applied accordingly.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings are set per event and per player tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your wager. Winnings above the stated maximum will be capped, with excess amounts removed from the payout.
wlnpkr collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirements.
